At talents.kids, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our talent analysis platform. We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, but it always non sensitive data. The information we may collect via the Application includes:
Personal Data
When you register with us, we collect personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address. Just it, not big deal. For children's profiles, we collect name, age, and optionally photos for talent analysis purposes. We don't store children's photos, we only use them for analysis purposes once to generate a vectors for the analysis reports. It deleted after the analysis is done. We don't have so much storage.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, as well as other interactions with the Application. Clicking on the buttons, scrolling, etc.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, etc) - everything its on behalf of Stripe and on payment provider page. We don't store any financial information, we only get OK from Stripe to let you use the service.
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Analyze your child's talents and provide personalized recommendations.
- Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Application.
- Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Application more personalized.
- Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
- Notify you of updates to the Application.
- Offer new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to you.
- Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Application.
- Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
- Respond to product and customer service requests.
